WATSONVILLE — Gathered near the glowing scoreboard that read in their favor at Franich Park, Little League coach John Wardlaw asked his Tr-City Majors All-Stars about the next destination on their already lengthy road trip. Tri-City of Rocklin, led by 5-foot-9 staff ace Brandon Williams, punched its ticket to the West Regional — one tournament shy of the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania — with its 12-2 win over San Mateo American in the NorCal State Championship at Pajaro Valley Little League on Thursday night.
