Updated: 1:01 PM PDT May 16, 2023 The city of Watsonville is hosting an interactive program designed to give participants a closer look at how local government works.The program is called the Watsonville Academy and will run for nine weeks beginning in June. The Watsonville Academy provides hands-on experience with a number of governmental departments such as the fire department, police department and library.
