WATSONVILLE — How do items go before the City Council? Which departments do residents go to if they want certain issues resolved? What is the role of a city manager? These are questions that can be answered by those working in local government or those who are experts on it. There is an opportunity for Watsonville residents to fall into the latter category as they interact with the former when the city hosts its annual nine-week Watsonville Academy. Applications will be accepted through June 5.
